Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with Republic Act No. 7394 (RA 7394), also known as the “Consumer Act of the Philippines,” our store follows a “No Return, No Exchange” policy. However, because your satisfaction is important to us, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under specific conditions:

  • You may request an exchange if the item you received is not as described or does not match the agreed specifications, provided that the item is still available.
  • To qualify for an exchange, please make sure to return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Additionally, the product must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For example, if the item was sealed, it must be returned unopened.

On the other hand, we will not be able to process exchanges if:

  • The item is returned after the 30-day period, or
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.

Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. While our general policy states that all purchases are non-refundable, we do make exceptions under specific circumstances.

You may request a refund if:

  • The item you received is not as described or significantly differs from the product listing.
  • We are unable to procure the item for pre-orders or PasaBuys.
  • The manufacturer discontinues production of the item (for pre-orders).

To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof that the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • You must return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will promptly inspect it. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with processing your refund.

However, please be aware that we cannot issue a refund if:

  • The item is returned after the 30-day period, or
  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not present at the time of delivery.
