Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with Republic Act No. 7394 (RA 7394) or the “Consumer Act of the Philippines,” we implement a “No return, no exchange” policy.
To claim a return and exchange, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. For example, if unopened, return it as unopened.
However, if the product is damaged in any way, or if you initiate the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
Refund Policy
All purchased items are non-refundable except in the following cases:
– If we failed to declare a major issue with the item,
– If we were not able to procure the stock (for pre-orders and PasaBuys),
– Or if the manufacturer stops the item production (for pre-orders).
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that you have an unboxing video as proof that the damaged item directly came from us. Additionally, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase, and the product must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the refund.
However, if there is any additional damage to the products in any way, or if you initiate the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to: Blk 17 Lot 18 Geneva St., Summer Meadows, Salitran 3, Dasmarinas, Cavite.
Additionally, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will only cover the item cost. However, if we shoulder any shipping fee, it will be deducted from your refund.
Furthermore, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
