Customers are responsible for shipping costs. The final shipping fee will vary based on the item’s size, weight, and the shipping method you select.

Shipping Options

Lalamove

We offer shipping through Lalamove, an on-demand delivery service that provides same-day or next-day delivery. Based on your item’s size and weight, we will select the most suitable vehicle—either a motorbike or a car.

You will need to pay the shipping fee directly to the rider upon delivery.

For a quick estimate of the delivery cost, simply open the Lalamove app and set J’s Toy Box as the sender location.

LBC COD/COP

For LBC Cash on Pickup (COP), please provide the exact address of your preferred LBC branch where you’d like to collect your item. If you enter your home or personal address instead, we will automatically process your order as LBC Cash on Delivery (COD).

You will need to pay the shipping fee directly to the courier upon delivery or pickup.

J&T

Please make sure to include your barangay, city, and province when providing your shipping address. This helps us ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Since we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via J&T, you will need to settle the shipping fee in advance. We will provide your tracking information only after the shipping fee has been paid.

Flash Express

Please make sure to include your barangay, city, and province when providing your shipping address. This helps us ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Since we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via Flash Express, you will need to settle the shipping fee in advance. We will provide your tracking information only after the shipping fee has been paid.

JRS

Shipping Schedule

We aim to ship your item as soon as we’re available to process your order.

If you choose Lalamove, we typically ship your item within the same day—or even within a few hours, depending on availability. For all other shipping options, we usually dispatch your order within one to two days.

Returns Guideline

If you need to return a product, please send it to the following address:

Before sending your return, kindly review the important guidelines below:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, it will cover only the cost of the item—not the shipping charges.
  • In cases where we initially covered the shipping fee, we will deduct that amount from your refund.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We recommend allowing enough time for your return to reach us safely.

For added peace of mind, especially when returning high-value or fragile items, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
