By placing an order with J’s Toy Box, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

  1. Order Confirmation and Payment Once you place an order, you must complete payment within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this time frame, we will consider the order automatically cancelled.
  2. Shipping Costs All local shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For more details on how shipping works, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Guidelines.
  3. Layaway Payment Option We offer a layaway payment option at zero interest for your convenience. To learn more about how this works, please see our Layaway Terms.
  4. Pre-Order and PasaBuy Items If you’re purchasing through Pre-Order (PO) or PasaBuy (PB), please review our dedicated PO and PB Terms and Conditions for full details.
  5. Mint-In-Sealed-Box (MISB) Items J’s Toy Box is not liable for any damage to MISB items unless you have purchased a warranty. We highly recommend adding a warranty for added peace of mind.
  6. Item Handling and Courier Liability Once we hand over your item—either directly to you or to your chosen shipping courier—J’s Toy Box is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transit, unless a warranty has been purchased.
  7. Back-In-Box (BIB) and Loose Items Please note that items listed as Back-In-Box (BIB) or Loose may show signs of wear. These are not guaranteed to be in mint condition, and we ask for your understanding when purchasing such items.
